Wade Trimmer was born and reared in West Point, Tennessee, saved at nineteen years of age and called to preach soon after.
He has been in full-time vocational Christian service since 1971. He planted and pastored Grace Fellowship of Augusta,
Georgia for almost 30 years.
In 2008, Wade formed Training for Reigning Institute of Disciple Making, a non-profit organization, for the purpose of
equipping pastors and key leaders in being more effective in carrying out the Great Commission.
He is a prolific author, having published 60 books, many that have been translated into numerous major languages of the
world. He has taken more than 80 trips outside the USA to train pastors.
He is married to Anne, and they have three grown children, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. They are
members of Grace Fellowship of Augusta, Georgia and make their home in North Augusta, South Carolina.
